Colorado Coalition for the Medically Underserved – Includes database by county for medical assistance.

Colorado Dept. of Human Services, Mental Health Division – Ensures culturally competent, comprehensive care that promotes individual, family, and community resiliency and recovery. The Division provides to the public mental health system leadership and expertise in policy, program development, evaluation, quality improvement, training, consultation and resources acquisition.

Colorado Health Guide – Includes a mental health guide and depression screening tool.

The Colorado Trust - The Colorado Trust's seven-year (2005-2012), $13.1 million Equality in Health Initiative seeks to reduce health disparities in Colorado.  Through this initiative, nonprofit organizations and educational institutions across the state selected as grantees (including the SWF, Inc.) are working to bring about improvements in one or more of the following areas:  equality in treatment in medical services, equal access to care, equal environmental conditions and health behaviors among racial and ethnic minorities.

Denver Metro Suicide Prevention Resources website provides information about suicide prevention and suicide resources available in Denver.  

Highlands Behavioral Health System is an 86-bed freestanding hospital offering free mental health evaluations and comprehensive psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. Centrally located in Littleton, near downtown Denver, the facility is easily accessible to families throughout the Front Range.

HOPE Coalition of Boulder is a Boulder, CO organization dedicated to supporting depression awareness and suicide prevention in Boulder County.

Jefferson Center for Mental Health – Serves Jefferson, Gilpin, and Clear Creek Counties in promoting a better quality of life and fostering recovery for people with mental health disorders and problems.

Jefferson Center for Mental Health: End Teen Suicide Life Matters–The Tri-County End Teen Suicide Program is dedicated to identifying and providing help to troubled teens in Jefferson, Gilpin and Clear Creek counties.

The Kirwan-Carr Foundation provides support to people who have experienced the suicide attempt of a loved one.

Mental Health Association of Colorado – Website includes free and confidential mental health screenings.

Mesa County (Grand Junction) suicide prevention program –Covers the various suicide prevention initiatives available in Mesa County.

The Metro Community Provider Network (MCPN) is the health care safety net in Jefferson and Arapahoe counties, as well as the City of Aurora. Services within the area are developed to provide primary health care for people who have no other access to health care. Well Child Care, immunizations, obstetrics, gynecology, and chronic disease management are among the most often-requested services. MCPN also offers mental health services in Jefferson county

Project CASE is devoted to understanding depression and using ASIST training to save the lives of those at risk of suicide.

Rainbow Alley is a drop-in center designed to support GLBT youth and their allies ages 12-21.

SAFE:TEEN training provides school staff the training and the tools needed to effectively educate students in suicide prevention and mental health awareness.

SPIN – Suicide Prevention Intervention Network, founded by Bob and Jan Burnside, is committed to suicide prevention and intervention through education and survivor support.

Suicide Education and Support Services of Weld County –Educates the community on the issue of suicide and provides support to those who have lost someone to suicide.

Suicide Resource Center of Larimer County - Works to prevent suicide in the communities within Larimer County, Colorado, offering community education, school programs, depression support, and grief support.

The Suicide Prevention Partnership of Pikes Peak Region –Works to unite the community in addressing suicide in the Pikes Peak Region through education, intervention and postvention for the purpose of reducing the incidence of suicide in the Pikes Peak Region through education, intervention and survivor support services.
