Kevin Shipley, Executive Director

Kevin is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, has been married for 22 years and has three children.  His professional background includes 30 years of experience in the technology sector serving as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Marketing for Fortune 500 technology companies.  For the past 4 years he has worked in non-profit organizations focused on youth and youth leadership nationwide serving as Development Director, Marketing Director, and Director of Strategic Business Planning.  In his spare time, Kevin is a musician performing with several bands.

Nancy Pool Morgan, Program Director

Nancy Morgan received her MEd in Counseling and Career Development as well as a BS in Business Management from Colorado State University.  She brings in twenty years of higher education administrative and career and personal growth counseling experience.  Most recently, she spent six years managing and directing client services, a homeless shelter and volunteer programs for a non-profit human services organization in Jefferson County.  She has held leadership positions in professional associations at the local, state and national level and was a member of Leadership Jefferson County Class of 2009.

Jamie Bruhl, Controller

Jamie Bruhl is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. in Accounting. She has worked over ten years in the accounting field with experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors. Jamie is a Lakewood native and she and her family currently live in the Green Mountain area.

Christine Douglass, Program Coordinator

Christine is a native Texan and moved to Colorado in 2010. She completed her B.A. in Social Work and Political Science from Baylor University. Her professional experience includes work in both the profit and non-profit sectors. In her free time she enjoys exploring Colorado, playing with her dogs, and spending time with friends and family.

Nicole Lovato, Events & Marketing Coordinator

Nicole earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of Colorado, as well as, a Master's degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management. She is transitioning out of a 12 year banking career into a nonprofit career and aspires to utilize her education and experience in nonprofit development. Nicole also has an extensive background in public radio and has been a featured personality on KUVO since 2004. Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, cooking & crafting with her children, Latino community outreach, working with volunteers, and using her skills to make the world a little brighter.

Luke Bodley, Events & Marketing Manager

In 2004, Luke founded the successful marketing company Vibrant Promotions where he worked with many businesses small and large to market and promote their companies. In 2006 Luke founded the music festival Heaven Fest, which grew to one of Colorado’s largest music events with over 30,000 people attending in 2011. Luke brings both his experience in the marketing and events world to join the fight against teen suicide with the Second Wind Fund of Metro Denver.
