Kevin Shipley, Executive Director

Kevin is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, has been married for 22 years and has three children.  His professional background includes 30 years of experience in the technology sector serving as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Marketing for Fortune 500 technology companies.  For the past 4 years he has worked in non-profit organizations focused on youth and youth leadership nationwide serving as Development Director, Marketing Director, and Director of Strategic Business Planning.  In his spare time, Kevin is a musician performing with several bands.

Jeff Lamontagne, Founding Director and Co-Founder

Jeff lives with his family in the Green Mountain area of Lakewood. Jeff grew up in Colorado Springs, has a B.S. in Natural Resources from Cornell University and a J.D. from the College of William and Mary, and worked in environmental consulting for 9 years. Along with Scott Fletcher and Dr. Marjorie Laird, Jeff was instrumental in founding the Second Wind Fund in late 2002, and worked as a volunteer to build the program until April 2004, when he was hired as Executive Director. He has previous experience leading other nonprofit organizations, both as an Executive Director and as a Board President. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Jefferson Foundation and works with many community organizations in Jefferson County and the Denver Metro area.  Jeff now serves as the Executive Director for Second Wind Fund, Inc. and as Founding Director for Second Wind Fund of Metro Denver.

Nancy Pool Morgan, Program Director

Nancy Morgan received her MEd in Counseling and Career Development as well as a BS in Business Management from Colorado State University.  She brings in twenty years of higher education administrative and career and personal growth counseling experience.  Most recently, she spent six years managing and directing client services, a homeless shelter and volunteer programs for a non-profit human services organization in Jefferson County.  She has held leadership positions in professional associations at the local, state and national level and was a member of Leadership Jefferson County Class of 2009.

Mandy Lunnon, Special Events & Marketing Manager

Mandy graduated from Green Mountain High School in Lakewood, CO in 2004 and from Colorado State University (CSU) with a degree in Speech Communication in 2008.  She joined Second Wind in 2008 after her graduation from CSU.  Mandy is a native Coloradoan and grew up in Green Mountain with her parents and younger sister.  She loves to travel and studied abroad in Spain as a CSU student.

Jamie Bruhl, Controller

Jamie Bruhl is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. in Accounting. She has worked over ten years in the accounting field with experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors. Jamie is a Lakewood native and she and her family currently live in the Green Mountain area.

Theresa Rosner-Salazar, Latino/a Outreach Coordinator

Dr. Rosner-Salazar is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who brings much experience with Latinos in mental health settings and educational settings.  She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Mexico and her Master’s and Psy.D, Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver. Dr. Rosner-Salazar currently serves as the part-time Latino Outreach Coordinator for The Second Wind Fund.  She is also the owner of RSA Mental Health Services, an organization providing mental health services, psychological evaluation, and consultation services to diverse populations.  She has also served as the co-owner and senior consultant for Research Evaluation Associates for Latinos-REAL in Denver, Colorado, an organization providing evaluation and technical assistance to organizations serving Latino populations.

Dina O'Shea Robke, Data Collection and Analysis (Contract)

Dina Robke, LCSW, Second Wind Therapist and Member of Board of Advisors, is well known in the Denver community for her counseling expertise. She has been responsible for the follow up data collection and analysis for Jefferson County and will lead the efforts for MHCD/DPS students. Dina is in private practice in Arvada and has been since 1983 where she specializes in Adult, Adolescent, and Family Therapy. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado, and an M.S.W. from the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Denver. In addition to being licensed in the State of Colorado, she is accredited by the Academy of Certified Social Workers, is a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, and is accredited by the National Registry of Health Care Providers. Dina also was co-founder of the Youth Suicide Prevention Coalition, Columbine/Chatfield area in May 1985, which was awarded the "Best Program" by the Mental Health Association of Colorado.
